Portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm II painted by J. P. T. Sanford. Lighting and sound: J. Hunt, M. Johnstone, C. Edgley. Military music composed by Mr. R. Dicker and recorded with the Shaftesbury Town Band. Make-up: Mr. P. J. Rolfe with N. Murray, S. Hanslip, R. Jenner, A. Hollingshead. Stage Manager: M. Armitage. Wardrobe Mistress: Mrs. D. Daltry. Business Manager: Mr. B. S. Bates.
